The farmers of Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh have been on strike for nearly three months on the borders of Delhi demanding withdrawal of the Central Agricultural Bills. Meanwhile, Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi and the head of the Aam Aadmi Party government, is going to meet the agitating farmers on Sunday. Kejriwal will discuss lunch with farmer leaders. This discussion will be on the shortcomings related to all three agricultural bills. It is being told that the Chief Minister will give lunch to the leaders of farmers’ organizations in Delhi Assembly.

According to Sanjay Singh, along with farmer leaders, Arvind Kejriwal will also address this mahapanchayat to be held on February 28.
AAP’s eye on farmers due to UP elections

Priyanka also a farmer mahapanchayat
Let us tell you that before this, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra also held Kisan Mahapanchayat in Muzaffarnagar, UP on Saturday. In this, he compared Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the ‘arrogant king’ of old stories, saying that he does not understand that the ‘young man’ who protects the country is also the son of the farmer. Priyanka targeted Prime Minister Modi on many issues including rising diesel prices. He alleged that the Prime Minister did not listen to the farmers’ demand for withdrawal of new agricultural laws as their policies were targeted only at him and his’ billionaire friends’.
