Flour pudding

You can make flour pudding for the child. Flour is also good for health and ghee. Also, this dish is also very tasty. For this you need two teaspoons of flour, one teaspoon of ghee, one and a half cup of hot water, breast milk or milk.

Take a pan and heat it on the gas. Now add ghee and add flour and fry it on low heat. Keep stirring it continuously so that no lumps are formed. When the dough turns light brown, add warm water and mix it. Turn off the gas when the water is dry. You can also add milk to it.

Banana and molasses molasses

Banana is very beneficial for the development of children. However, children cannot eat bananas without mashing them, so you can feed them to the child by making molasses with jowar.

For this you need two teaspoons of jowar flour, one teaspoon of ghee, one banana, one teaspoon of rice powder and two cups of water.

To make molasses, place a pan on the gas and add ghee to it. Now add jowar flour and fry till it becomes light brown. Slowly add rice powder to it. Then add water and keep stirring continuously.

Keep the flame low and cook it for 5 minutes. Now add mashed banana and mix it and turn off the gas. You can also add breast milk or formula milk to it, which will increase both taste and nutrition.

Semolina pudding

If your child or baby likes sweet food then you can make semolina kheer for him. For this, you will need 3 cups of raw milk, half a cup of semolina, one teaspoon of sugar and one teaspoon of ghee.

For this, heat the pan, add ghee to it and then fry the semolina until it turns light brown. Add milk to it and keep stirring continuously. Let it boil on low heat. Add sugar and let the semolina cook completely. Semolina kheer is ready. You can feed this kheer to a child above one year of age.

If your child is small, add water to the kheer instead of milk. You can also add breast milk to increase nutrition and taste.
