On this, a joint team along with ASI Arjun Lal of Sadar police station, ASI Suraj of Dattavas police station and JP Meena of Mineral Department reached the village Cedaria.

Seeing the police, the dumper drivers emptied the gravel from the dumpers and then piled away. All the dumpers were confiscated and brought to the police station and the gravel seizure was carried out by the Department of Minerals. Bhati also said that in the said case, legal action is being taken against the vehicle used in illegal gravel transport, driver, vehicle owner, person who raked.

Two tractor-trolleys seized
Niwai. Police have seized two tractor-trolleys loaded with illegal gravel from Shivaji Colony in the city. Police officer Ajay Meena said that during patrolling late Friday night, tractor coming from the Banas river filled the illegal gravel in the lane number one of Shivaji Colony. One driver left the tractor behind and the other driver, Bharat Putra Gangadhar resident Bade Barthal was arrested.
