Neighbors heavily beaten on suspicion of witchcraft, died after treatment

Neighbors attacked an elderly man with sticks with sticks at Ojha Guni (Jatu-Tona) in Aurangabad district of Bihar. Due to which the elderly died after treatment. Also, more than 6 people have been seriously injured. The injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital. The police case got the post mortem done and handed it over to the kin of the deceased. The police are involved in the investigation of the matter.
According to the information received, the matter is of Viraj Bigha village of Amba police station area. Four days ago, on Tuesday, neighbors were beaten up in Oza Guni’s affair. In which an 80 year old Brahmadev Bhuiyan was seriously injured. He died in hospital on Saturday.
The relatives of the deceased told that the health of Sahadai Bhuiyan of the neighborhood was going bad for few days. Neighbors were suspected of witchcraft on Surendra Bhuiyan, son of Brahmadev Bhuiyan. Neighbors rushed to his house about this and started searching for Surendra. When Surendra was not found there, people started fighting with family members.
These people were injured in the fight
Surendra Bhuiyan’s wife Meena Devi, daughter Gyanti Devi, Kanti Kumari, Malti Kumari, son Mithun, daughter-in-law Lalmuni Devi were injured in the incident. All the injured were admitted to Kutumba Referral Hospital for treatment. Seeing the condition of elderly Surendra, the doctors referred him to Sadar Hospital for better treatment.

Brought the elderly home after treatment, died today
It is being told that after receiving treatment from Sadar Hospital, the family brought the elderly home, where he died today. On information, police of Amba police station reached the spot and took the body in its possession and sent it for postmortem.
Police is investigating the case
On the other hand, the police station officer Virendra Paswan said that after the post-mortem, the body has been handed over to the family for the last rites. Police is investigating the entire case. Also, strict action will be taken against the culprits.
