District Excise Officer Anil Yadav said that a license will be issued to the successful bidder through e-auction for liquor shops in the district. The department has completed preparations for this. For the year 2021-22, a total of 173 liquor shops in the district will be in the composite category. The license for the shops for the year 2021-22 will be released through e-auction in five phases.

The applicant must first register online for the e-auction for the financial year 2021-22. The bid will be invited from this. The online registration process has started with 12 Favri. The bidder will have to enter the pencard, Aadhaar card. The registration process can be completed by generating login ID and password on entering the number of documents. The registration process will be free. Yadav said that the number of liquor shops in the district has been maintained as per 2020-21.

An applicant will not be allotted more than two shops in the district. There will be e-auction of liquor shops in five phases from February 23 to February 27 for a total of 173 liquor shops in the district. In which Deoli 8, Malpura 9, Niwai 9 and Tonk 12 on February 23 of the first phase, Deoli 7 on February 24 for the second phase, Malpura 9, Niwai 7 and Tonk 11, Deoli 7 on February 25 for the third phase, Malpura 9, Niwai 7 and Tonk 11, Deoli 7 on February 25 for the fourth phase, Malpura 9, Niwai 7 and Tonk 11 and February 5 on February 27 for the fifth final phase of Deoli 7, Malpura 8, Niwai 7 and Tonk 11. There will be e-auction of shops for shops from 11 am to 4 pm. The total number of liquor shops in the district is 173. Licenses have been issued for sale of liquor to 36 shops in Deoli, 44 in Malpura, 37 in Niwai and 56 in Tonk.

Bid will not be less than 5 thousand
In the e-auction of liquor shops in the district, every bid after every bid will have to be increased by five thousand rupees if the bid is more than the reserve price fixed by the government. Bid below this will not be valid. For composite shops, the application fee and security deposit has been fixed in three categories by the government, in which the application fee of the minimum reserve price shop of up to fifty lakhs is 40 thousand and the security deposit of 50 thousand, more than fifty lakhs and minimum of two crore The application fee of the shop of the reserve price is 50 thousand and the amount of the security deposit exceeds one lakh and two crore rupees, the application fee of the minimum reserve price shop has been kept 60 thousand and the deposit amount of two lakh rupees.
