People coming to Delhi from Maharashtra, Kerala, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Punjab will have to undergo a corona test before taking an atri in Delhi.

Governments are once again worried about the increasing cases of Coronavirus. At present, the situation of 5 states of the country is being described as worrying, which includes Maharashtra, Kerala, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Punjab. In view of the cases of Corona coming out from these states, the Delhi government has taken a big decision.

It is being told that people coming to Delhi from Maharashtra, Kerala, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Punjab will have to undergo a corona test before taking an atri in Delhi. He will get an entry in Delhi only after his RT-PCR report comes negative. A formal order regarding this decision will be issued today i.e. on 24 February.

In fact, the Delhi government has become alert due to increasing cases of corona in some states. To keep the people of Delhi safe, it has been decided that people coming to Delhi from 5 states will be required to bring Corona Negative Report. People coming to Delhi from Maharashtra, Kerala, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Punjab will get entry in Delhi only after showing negative RT-PCR.

According to the information, 86% of the new Corona cases that have come in the last 1 week are from these five states, after which the Delhi government has decided. The nodal officer of these five states will be asked to ensure 72 hours old negative RT-PCR test report of people going to Delhi from here only after that they leave Delhi.

This order will be applicable from midnight of Friday, 26 February to 12:00 noon on 15 March. This order will be applicable to the passengers coming to Delhi by flight, train and bus while the passengers coming to Delhi by car will stay out of it.

New strains of corona may increase the risk

Director of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi, Dr. Randeep Guleria said that the fight against infection is going to get more difficult after the introduction of new coronavirus (Covid Strains) in the country. He warned people that new variants of COVID found in the country may also re-infect those who have developed antibodies. Experts have found a different form of corona in Amravati, Yavatmal, Aloka and entire Vidarbha region of Maharashtra.

The experts who have detected this include Dr. Shashank Joshi and Dr. TP Lahane. Lahane is the director of Medical Education and Research. These two are also part of the Maharashtra COVID Task Force. Lahane said that new strains have been detected in a sample of these three districts. But he also said that more investigation is needed to find its danger.
