First of all, it is important that you take balanced diet, adopt healthy life style, eat less oily, unhealthy and junk food, so that your system is clean and healthy inside!

  • Take high fiber food to keep liver, stomach and intestines clean.
  • Apples contain pectin. It is a carbohydrate compound, which removes the toxins of the stomach and also strengthens the intestines. The more your body is clean from inside, the more clean your skin will be.
